Raw Material Testing
Chemical Composition Analysis
Incoming metal (brass rod, zinc ingot, steel coil) is tested using X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF) spectrometry to verify alloy composition. This ensures correct material properties and compliance with restricted substance requirements.
Material Certificates
Every batch of raw material must come with mill certificates confirming composition, hardness, and origin. This traceability is essential for OEKO-TEX and REACH compliance.
Dimensional Testing
Critical Dimensions
