Step 2: Die Making
We create precision CNC-machined dies from tool steel. Die production takes 5-7 business days. Dies are a one-time investment and are stored for future orders.
Step 3: Sample Production
We produce sample pieces in your specified plating finish for approval. Multiple finish options can be sampled simultaneously.
Step 4: Mass Production
Once samples are approved, mass production begins. Standard lead time is 15-20 business days depending on quantity and finish.
